D'Esterre filed suit against the Trust Company of Georgia and Robert G. Stephens, as Trustees, et al, apparently over the financial arraignments of the sale. The Brazilian Court was sold in 1931 for $28,000. A Louis D'Esterre, described as a prominent real es- tate man in the Palm Beach Daily News, sat on the Town of Palm Beach Council in the early 1930s. There is no known relationship between Louis and Joseph.
