History of the Brazilian Court Hotel

In 1998 the hotel began offering room service for dogs. The Bowser Burger consisted of "lightly seared lean ground beef with pan gravy" and came with bot- tled water at a cost of $8.95. For the finicky there was a Sliced Petite Filet Mignon at $12.95. The fe- line menu consisted of Chicken Meow Mein at $8.95. 1999 Menus in The Award - Winning Chancellor Grille Room included Chef Jerome's Gilled Duo of Sea Bass Medallion and Lamb Chops $27.95. The menu claimed "winner of the Five - Star Diamond Award and the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine

Bright Johnson and his crew in 1979 at his retirement. He was extremely protective of his employees. Winston Churchill ’ s son arrived at the BC and began to berate the “ commoners ” who worked there. Bright escorted him to the front door telling him to find another place to stay. Bright always protected his faithful employees.
